Pricing
Prices are tax included unless otherwise stated. Checkout should not add HST again on top of the listed tire price.
Delivery and pickup
Forward Tire offers free delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Markham pickup is available by appointment. We will contact you to confirm fitment, stock, DOT/TIN, delivery address or pickup time before fulfillment.
Payment
Cash on delivery and cash on pickup are available. No online payment is collected for these manual payment methods. Cash orders remain unpaid in Shopify until payment is received and manually marked paid.
Returns and exchanges
Standard in-stock tires may be returned or exchanged within 7 days only if uninstalled, unused, undamaged, and with original labels or packaging. Installed, used, clearance, special-order, and wholesale items are final sale.
Warranty boundary
No store-provided road hazard, mileage, satisfaction, or installation warranty is included. Manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is subject to manufacturer terms and review. Seller error, confirmed defect, recall, or item not as described will be handled by owner review.
Fitment
Fitment must be confirmed with your vehicle placard or vehicle year, make, model, and trim before purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and tire-size information.
